Product does not appear to work or reply when I register
  • Ensure that it is fully plugged in to your ODBII port. Check that the LED lights come on when you call the sim card number.
  • Make sure the sim card is fitted correctly.
  • Ensure you have used the correct sim card number IMEI number, APN details, email address and mobile phone number.
  • Make sure that your sim card is fully registered with your operator. You will need to check with your operator on this point if you are unsure.
  • Check that you have sufficient credit on your account.
  • Check that you have the correct plan. You need to have both text and data in your plan.
Tracker does not always connect properly.
  • The tracker is reliant on 2 factors. It needs to be in open space for the GPS to work. It also needs good mobile phone signal. If it is an area where these signals are blocked or poor, it can cause issues.
  • Check that you have sufficient credit on your account.
I am not receiving any SMS or email alerts.
  • Make sure that you have armed the tracker when you have parked your vehicle.
  • Ensure you have input the correct mobile phone number or email address.
  • Make sure you have activated cell phone and email alerts in the settings.
The fuel calculations are wrong.
  • Make sure you have input the correct fuel cost per litre.
  • Ensure you have input the correct values for MPG or KPL.
  • Check that you have selected the correct measurement system. Imperial or metric.
The Distance shown for my vehicle is wrong.

This cannot be 100% accurate as the odometer in your car will create a more reliable result. The app will only calculate based on GPS information, so you will need to manually adjust this occasionally. It is only for reference.

The Augmented reality does not always work.

Both your phone and tracker need to be in open space for this to function correctly. You may also need the tracker and app to locate the GPS satellites first so, please wait a short time while it does this when using this mode.

The display is dim or is not lighting up

Check out if the batteries are exhausted or inserted correctly. If they are exhausted, replace the 2 batteries at the same time with new one.

Data communication has failed

Make sure that phone’s Bluetooth is on or within the distance range.

Inflation is slow or the cuff is not secure

Refasten the cuff and then measure again.

The cuff is very tight

Refasten the cuff ans then measure again.

The pressure of the cuff is excess

Refasten the cuff and then measure again.

System error occured

Retake the measurement. If the problem persist, contact the retailer or our customer service department for assistance.

The monitor detected motion while measuring

Movement can affect the measurement. Relax for a moment and then measure again.

The measurement process does not detect the pulse signal

Loosen the clothing on the arm and then measure again.

Push on the location icon in the MAP screen to increase the tracking frequency.

The tracker will not appear on the map

  • Ensure you have followed the full registration process including the email confirmation.
  • Check that the APN details have been input correctly and you have received an SMS reply.
  • Make sure the tracker is switched on and the Blue and Green LEDs are slowly flashing. Note that you will only get a flashing green LED for a GPS signal if the tracker is outdoors

Failure of pairing up

Check if bluetooth is on, app is on and if both devices are within the transmission distance of bluetooth.

MAINTENANCE

Do use a dry soft cloth to wipe the dust, or use a wet soft cloth, dipped into water and wrung out, to wipe the dirt. Then use a dry soft cloth to dry up the device.
DON’T wash the device with water or immerse it in water. DON’T use propellant, abrasif or other chemicals to wipe the dirt in avoidance of discolor or malfunction. DON’T disassemble this device.
