This cannot be 100% accurate as the odometer in your car will create a more reliable result. The app will only calculate based on GPS information, so you will need to manually adjust this occasionally. It is only for reference.
Both your phone and tracker need to be in open space for this to function correctly. You may also need the tracker and app to locate the GPS satellites first so, please wait a short time while it does this when using this mode.
Check out if the batteries are exhausted or inserted correctly. If they are exhausted, replace the 2 batteries at the same time with new one.
Make sure that phone’s Bluetooth is on or within the distance range.

The tracker will not appear on the map
I’m not receiving any notifications or messages.
The time displayed of the tracker position is not correct
Select the correct time zone for your location in the settings.
The tracker is not providing it position very often.
Change the location frequency in the settings to a shorter time.
The battery is running out too soon.

Check if bluetooth is on, app is on and if both devices are within the transmission distance of bluetooth.
Do use a dry soft cloth to wipe the dust, or use a wet soft cloth, dipped into water and wrung out, to wipe the dirt. Then use a dry soft cloth to dry up the device.
DON’T wash the device with water or immerse it in water. DON’T use propellant, abrasif or other chemicals to wipe the dirt in avoidance of discolor or malfunction. DON’T disassemble this device.
